Cereal Spillers is free to play with optional one-time purchases through Stripe. The game remains in public beta, so features and balance may change. Purchase and support information is explained in our Purchases & Refunds Notice.
Agreement and eligibility
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Summit Fire Marketing LLP, owner and operator of Cereal Spillers. The game is intended for players age 13 and older, not children under 13. By using the site or game, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Notice. If you are not old enough to agree on your own where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these terms for you.
The public beta
We continue to improve the game's content, balance, and reliability. Interruptions or save problems can occur. Link your email before buying and use the same account to recover cloud progress and remaining purchased inventory. An unfinished board remains device-local. Report problems through the website's support form or email us. Beta status does not remove your applicable rights concerning paid purchases.
Fair play
You may use Cereal Spillers for personal, non-commercial play. Do not interfere with the service, automate gameplay, exploit bugs, manipulate saves or transactions, bypass security controls, scrape private systems, impersonate another person, upload harmful code, or use the game to harm others. We may limit or block access needed to protect players, the game, or our systems.
Coins, spoons, boosters, and unlocks
Coins, spoons, boosters, partners, stars, and similar game items are virtual gameplay features. They have no cash value outside the game, are not legal currency, cannot be transferred outside the game, and are not an investment or prize. Some items are earned through play; coin packs, boosters, and selected character unlocks can also be purchased. Using consumable items reduces your balance. We may rebalance gameplay to improve fairness or correct a defect, subject to your applicable consumer rights.
Optional purchases
Real-money purchases require a linked email account and open Stripe checkout. Review the item, quantity, currency, and total before authorizing payment. Current offers are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Use only a payment method you are authorized to use; minors should have a parent or guardian authorize purchases. Delivery, recovery, and refund requests are described in our Purchases & Refunds Notice.
Ownership
Cereal Spillers, its original characters, artwork, animation, music, sound, writing, game systems, software, logos, and site content are owned by Summit Fire Marketing or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to play the game; they do not transfer ownership.
Feedback
If you send an idea, bug report, or suggestion, Summit Fire Marketing may use it without payment or obligation to improve, operate, market, or develop Cereal Spillers. Do not submit confidential information or content you do not have permission to share.
Third-party services and links
Stripe processes real-money payments on its hosted checkout. Hostinger provides hosting and email delivery; email accounts are managed by our game backend. Third-party services have their own terms and privacy notices. The site may also link to services we do not control.
Disclaimers and responsibility
The beta is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. Software may contain defects or interruptions. Summit Fire Marketing does not exclude obligations that cannot legally be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Summit Fire Marketing is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from beta use. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
